Currently working as Equipment Engineer is SICPA Product Security (M) Sdn. Bhd. My job scope includes testing, installing, comminsioning and maintaining company's product and solutions. I also runs diagnosis, analyze and resolve technical issues reported by customers. On annual basis, I perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company's equipment and machinery in the laboratory and at customer's site. With the commissioning of the solution, I also provide documentation for them such as user guide and manuals. For new operators that will be handling these solutions, I am also tasked to give the training. SICPA solution ranges from software and hardware and everything in between.

Other notable experience, I am the Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and was named twice as the Best Internal Auditor. I am also one of the member of SICPA Fun Committee which takes care of events ranging to monthly birthdays, get-together and company trip for more than 60 people which have gotten recognition by our GM himself.
